Jared Ball takes his Presidential campaign "Don‘t Hate in ‘08" to the streets using the internet, free mix-tape distribution, his DC-based radio show and hip-hop performances staged by Head-Roc to bring the Green Party message to "the true majority of women, the poor, Black, Latino and Indigenous people (who)need organization, need a place to cohere. The Green Party is the structure with the expressed platform that can provide just that kind of liberated space."
Dr. Ball joined the Green Party several years ago to promote the issue of DC Statehood. As an activist, he speaks on social justice, reforming the prison-industrial complex, access to healthcare and education and building "the original and genuine rainbow coalition."
